Bought these radios to replace Midland with wired earpieces. Not too hard to pair, but you have to re-pair every time you turn off the earpiece or the radio. Sound quality is good if you are careful with them. Lots of static if you are moving or if there is any wind which makes them hard to hear. Written instructions are worthless because they are written in broken English. Why can't these guys just hire some native English speakers to review their materials before they print them? Apparently you can access different features on the radios, VOX, channel frequency, etc. through their software that you can download, if you can find it. The only problem with the software is there are NO (ZERO) instructions, so good luck with that. Have communicated with company regarding software. It will only work if you download a driver that spoofs a USB into acting like a serial port. SERIAL PORT? What year is this. Will be returning these because of the frustration in set-up and lack of instructions.Could not pair to bluetooth. Tried numerous times to contact company. No response from company. Would never recommend!Cannot make heads or tails from the instructions supplied and no help whatsoever
